The Chelsea Boot Store Delivery, Return & Exchange Information
UK Delivery Information
We offer free delivery in the UK on orders over £30.00. We use several delivery services, including Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx. We aim to dispatch your items the same day unless purchased at the weekend. However, some items may take slightly longer, so please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Please allow 2-3 days longer for your order to arrive in the Highlands and offshore areas of the UK. All deliveries require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Deliveries can be between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm.
European Delivery Information
European deliveries will be charged £20.00 and require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Rest Of The World Deliveries
Deliveries outside the UK and Europe will be charged at £50.00 per item.
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our European and worldwide deliveries.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your order for another size, style etc, please use the form provided. Alternatively, send your order back with the delivery note stating what you would like to exchange it for.
Returns Policy
- We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items bought from the website. In some circumstances, items may need to be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges are governed by these Terms and conditions.
- It is recommended that items being returned should be sent back to The Chelsea Boot Store using a courier or signed for delivery as The Chelsea Boot Store will not be held responsible for lost parcels.
- We will only accept items that are unworn, with their original undamaged packaging and tags intact, with no marks on either the footwear or the sole. If the footwear is to be tried on we recommend doing so on a clean or carpeted floor.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the purchased item if you wish to return or exchange it.
- Once we have accepted the goods your exchange or refund will be completed within 10 days. Refunds usually take 2 – 7 working days to show back in your account.
- Unless we have sent you damaged, faulty or incorrect goods we regret the cost of postage and packaging cannot be refunded to you.
- If you wish to return your unworn footwear, please use the return form below. If you are unable to print the form, please send it back with your delivery note and reason for return.
- UK ONLY – Please return all items using the Returns & Exchange Form below. Please feel free to use the postal service of your choice to do this.
- Overseas Sales – Please send the footwear back to us using a registered or guaranteed delivery service and get proof of postage as we will not be liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

If you want to cancel your order
You can cancel and ask for your money back if you don’t get the item either:
- 1. within 30 days of buying it
- 2. on the date you agreed with the seller – if it was essential to receive it by then (for example, for an event)
- 3. on the date of the second chance delivery you agreed with the seller
Your Rights
Tell the seller that what has happened to your order is “a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015” if you either:
- Told the seller the delivery date was essential and they didn’t meet it
- Agreed with the seller a delivery date which wasn’t crucial, and a second delivery date also wasn’t met
- Didn’t agree on a delivery date with the seller and a second chance to deliver wasn’t successful
